Major new REX release containing new format support [FITS, JPEG-2000] as well as
end-to-end refactoring, and MUCH more robust High Dynamic Range [HDR] support.

REX runs on Microsoft Windows (c) under the Windows Subsystem for LINUX [WSL].
See REXinstall.txt for detailed instructions.

Support for a separate release of REX for different LINUX distros has been
discontinued. REX is now fully self-contained and will install and run on ANY x86
LINUX distro. There are no external dependencies to download and install.

                        GNU GPL FRAUD REVEALED
